- Y'all send in pictures. Me (and possibly other volunteers) assemble these into a "draft" atlas.
- Those of us inclined to do things like writing and graphic design, work on the draft atlas, which is now online for everybody to download and look at, "improving" the draft version to the stage 2 atlas.
- In stage three, the improved atlas will be expanded and its images upgraded as desirable. The stage three atlas is placed on CDs and made available to project participants. In the meantime, volunteers continue to refine the look, editorial content, etc.
- The atlas is offered for sale _as a CD or DVD_ ROM. I frankly never thought the idea of having this published by a commercial publisher was very practical. I did however, think we could certainly submit CDs to publishers and see if anybody was interested.
